Meet Our Founder: Mr. Swaraj Reddy

AD Life was founded by Mr. Swaraj Reddy, a stalwart with over 29 years of experience in medical equipment distribution and service across various states in India. As a successful entrepreneur for more than two decades, Swaraj has displayed exceptional acumen in administrative finance, sales, and marketing, consistently delivering proven results. He’s an individual who seizes opportunities, thrives in dynamic environments, and thinks strategically while fostering collaboration.

Swaraj’s academic journey, including a bachelor’s and master’s degree in commerce from Osmania University, laid the foundation for his exceptional leadership. He brings extensive experience in personnel supervision, worker training, marketing, promotion, and problem-solving, making him a visionary leader in the healthcare sector.

From Sales Engineer to Visionary Leader

Swaraj embarked on his career as a Sales Engineer with Prime Medical Systems Pvt Ltd, Secunderabad, where he achieved top sales performance in a company dealing with X-Ray machines and C-arm Image Intensifiers.

In 1998, he joined Meditronics as a Business Development Manager, and in just three years, he tripled sales to 120 lakh from the previous 40 lakh. This remarkable journey of growth and innovation has defined AD Life’s commitment to transforming healthcare.
